The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Overview
DollarIntel complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) ("DMCA").
If you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyright, you have the right to request the removal of those materials from our site by submitting a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
Please note that DollarIntel acts as an educational publisher and relies on original writing. However, if a guest contributor, automated feed, or user-generated comment inadvertently includes copyrighted material belonging to you without proper authorization or fair use justification, we are committed to resolving the issue immediately.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice (Reporting Infringement)
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on DollarIntel in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please report your concerns by submitting a formal notification.
To be valid under the DMCA, your written notification must include all of the following criteria. Please read carefully; incomplete notices will not be processed.

Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.").
Statement of Accuracy and Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (e.g., "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.").

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not submit a false claim.
How We Process DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice containing all six required elements listed above, DollarIntel will take the following actions:
Expedited Review: Our editorial team will review the claim promptly.
Removal or Disabling of Access: If the claim is found to be valid, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notification to the Contributor: We will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user, guest writer, or entity who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.
Documentation: We will keep a record of the DMCA notice and our subsequent actions for our legal compliance files.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you are a user or guest contributor to DollarIntel and you believe that your material was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification under the DMCA.
To be effective, your Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to our Copyright Agent (at vinoaitools@gmail.com) that includes substantially the following:
Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the exact URL/location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
Statement of Mistake/Misidentification: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled (e.g., "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.").
Contact Information & Jurisdiction Consent: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which DollarIntel may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
What Happens After a Counter-No tification is Filed?
If we receive a valid Counter-Notification, DollarIntel will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party. We will inform them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days.
Unless our designated Copyright Agent receives notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on DollarIntel, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification, at our sole discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable legal frameworks, DollarIntel has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the privileges of guest writers, forum users, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Trademarks and Brand Identity
"DollarIntel," the DollarIntel logo, the "Understand money. Master your future." tagline, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DollarIntel or its affiliates or licensors.
You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on our site does not imply an endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., in clearly marked sponsored content or partner reviews).
